Our Bed and Breakfast comprises four unique, spacious suites each with their own style and character. All suites are true to the architecture of the 1960s with their vast rooms, original sliding “hideaway” doors and large dressing and bathing areas. Suites include all the amenities of home from coffee service, refrigerator, audio devices, television, hairdryers, to the plush towels and cozy robes.

Cabana Suite This handicap accessible suite is on the ground floor of Seventy and One and is adjacent to the main dining area.


When entering this beautiful and roomy suite, you are immediately overcome with a feeling of a cool, tropical breeze. With its pure white background and island colors, this room has a beautiful ground-floor view of the pool and covered patio area. The king-size bed sits behind two large white, square wood columns, which creates an implied separation from the main sitting area.


The main sitting area contains a beautiful, oversized wicker table and chair for two, sofa and bleached white armoire. The handicap accessible bathroom and shower have separate bathing and dressing areas with full wall mirror.


You can actually hear the seagulls and smell the ocean in this signature suite of Seventy and One.
